Key Responsibilities:
● Provide first-level support for desktop and laptop issues, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
● Assist with basic network configuration and resolve connectivity-related queries.
● Perform hardware troubleshooting and ensure smooth functioning of IT equipment. ● Support day-to-day operational requirements, including installation and setup of systems as needed.
● Maintain and update records, prepare reports, and analyze data using Microsoft Excel.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
● Basic to intermediate knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and network configuration. ● Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data handling and reporting.
● Ability to manage and resolve desktop/laptop-related issues and perform basic networking tasks.
Education and Experience:
● Any Computer Graduate
● Experience : 1+ Years
