About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Full Stack Developer to join our product-focused team at Prayagraj. You’ll play a key role in building and scaling high-performance, modern web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS (ExpressJS), and PostgreSQL. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leads and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs and features.
• Guide junior developers and interns in their daily tasks and development practices.
• Build, test, and deploy scalable web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, and PostgreSQL.
• Develop and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines (preferably with GitHub Actions).
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Debug and resolve issues across the full stack.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Participate actively in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and team discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Proficient in ReactJS (including hooks, lifecycle methods, Context API/Redux).
• Strong experience with NodeJS / ExpressJS.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL – complex queries, performance tuning, schema design.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Proficient with Git and familiar with version control workflows.
• Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with Postman, and optionally Docker.
• Strong experience working with Linux environments, including server optimization.
• Self-driven, team-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
• Exposure to AWS services is a plus.
