🧠 Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Full Stack Developer who can work across both mobile and web platforms with a strong focus on security, scalability, and privacy compliance (HIPAA / PHIPA).

🔧 Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features in our React Native mobile apps (iOS + Android)

• Build and improve the admin web panel for internal users

• Create secure and scalable APIs using Node.js + Express

• Integrate Firebase Authentication and manage user roles (RBAC)

• Ensure HIPAA/PHIPA-compliant architecture (encryption, BAA, access control)

• Handle Firebase Push Notifications and real-time updates

• Optimize performance, fix bugs, and improve user experience

• Collaborate via GitHub, using Windsurf or Cursor/VS Code for efficient coding

✅ Must-Have Skills

• 2+ years with React Native (Expo managed workflow preferred)

• Solid knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, and mobile UI/UX

• Backend experience with Node.js, Express, and MongoDB Atlas

• Experience using Firebase Authentication (including social login)

• Familiarity with Mongoose, REST APIs, and secure data handling

• Understanding of secure coding practices (XSS, NoSQL injection prevention, data validation)

• Experience with deployment and release processes (EAS or manual builds)
