Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Lead with strong leadership, architecture, and hands-on development capability. The ideal candidate can guide teams, design scalable architecture, and deliver end-to-end product solutions.

Technical Skills Required

Frontend:

React.js / Angular

JavaScript / TypeScript

HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap / Tailwind

Backend:

Node.js / Java / .NET (choose your stack here)

REST API Microservices Architecture

Database:

MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB

Cloud / DevOps:

AWS / Azure / GCP (optional but preferred)

Docker, CI/CD, Git, Agile frameworks

Key Responsibilities

Lead full-stack development and mentor team members
Architect scalable web & cloud-based solutions
Work closely with stakeholders, product, and QA teams
Perform code reviews, improve performance & standards
Ensure timely delivery of modules and releases

Eligibility

8-10 years professional IT experience
Minimum 3+ years leading a development team
Strong communication & stakeholder-handling skills
