Job Description

As a seasoned Full Stack Lead proficient in MEAN/MERN stack with 7-10 years of experience, your role will involve leading full-stack development, designing system architecture, and guiding the team in creating scalable, maintainable solutions. You will collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and QA to deliver high-quality features, conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers. Additionally, you will set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP) while ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of applications. Your expertise will drive a DevOps culture, integrating automation in development and deployment processes, identifying and implementing architectural improvements, and staying up to date with the latest technology trends and tools in the web ecosystem. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead full-stack development across the MEAN or MERN stack. - Design system architecture and guide the team in creating scalable, maintainable solutions. - Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and QA to deliver high-quality features. - Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers. - Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP). - Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications. - Drive DevOps culture, integrating automation in development and deployment processes. - Identify and implement architectural improvements and refactor legacy systems when needed. - Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and tools in the web ecosystem. **Technical Skills Required:** **Frontend:** - Proficient in React.js or Angular. - Experience with state management libraries like Redux, RxJS, or NgRx. **Backend:** - Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js. - Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL. - Familiarity with authentication & authorization mechanisms like JWT and OAuth2. - Understanding of API security best practices. **Database:** - Strong experience with MongoDB and SQL databases. **Core CS & Programming Skills:** - Excellent knowledge of OOPs concepts and Data Structures. **Architecture & DevOps:** - Expertise in Microservices and Serverless Architecture. - Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. - Experience with setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI). - Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and AWS CloudFormation. - Familiarity with major cloud platforms AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools such as Prisma, Prometheus, ELK Stack, and Grafana. - Hands-on with messaging queues like BullMQ, RabbitMQ. **Soft Skills:** - Strong leadership and team management. - Effective communication and stakeholder management. - Problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Agile/Scrum methodology experience. **Education:** - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
