Job Overview:

Java Full Stack Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full Stack Development

2. Design and develop end to end web applications using Java, Spring Framework and front end technologies like React.js or Angular.

3. Front End Development

4. Build responsive, user friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern front end frameworks, ensuring performance and cross browser compatibility.

5. Back End Development

6. Develop scalable server side applications and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot and related technologies.

7. Database Design

8. Design and optimize database schemas. Write and tune complex SQL queries for relational databases such as MSSQL, PostgreSQL or Oracle.

9. Integration & Deployment

10. Integrate third party APIs and services. Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and delivery processes.

11. Code Quality & Testing

12. Write clean, maintainable code. Conduct unit, integration and end to end testing to ensure reliability and maintainability.

13. Performance Optimization

14. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks and scalability issues to enhance application efficiency.

15. Security

16. Apply best practices to secure web applications from threats like XSS, CSRF and SQL injection.

17. Documentation

18. Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, system architecture and implementation details.

19. Collaboration

20. Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 5+ years of full stack development experience with strong focus on Java technologies.
• Expertise in Java programming and object oriented design.
• Hands on experience with frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Angular).
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience working with relational databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Proficiency in SQL and performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent problem solving, debugging and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
