**Job Description:**  

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to lead the development and enhancement of our fintech platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on secure and scalable financial applications. Your expertise will help us deliver seamless experiences to our users, integrating the latest technologies in fintech and blockchain.

**Key Responsibilities:**  

- Develop and maintain web applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python  

- Design and implement secure APIs for financial transactions and data exchanges  

- Integrate with cryptocurrency and financial data APIs (e.g., CoinGecko)  

- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality features  

- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability  

- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices  

- Stay updated with fintech industry trends and incorporate relevant innovations  

- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements  

**Qualifications:**  

- 5 to 7 years of full-stack development experience  

- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python  

- Strong understanding of fintech, blockchain, and financial APIs  

- Experience with AI/ML integrations related to finance (preferred)  

- Knowledge of secure coding practices and data privacy regulations  

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills  

- Effective communication skills in Tamil and English (preferred)  

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment  

**Preferred Skills:**  

- Leadership experience or team management  

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure  

- Experience with fintech security standards and compliance  

**Language Skills:**
