Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Full Stack Developer. The role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing both front-end and back-end components of STRNG’s digital platforms. Responsibilities include designing user interfaces, writing clean and efficient code, implementing scalable solutions, and collaborating cross-functionally with the design and product teams to deliver top-notch user experiences. The role also involves troubleshooting, debugging, and staying updated with industry trends and modern technologies to continually enhance platform performance.

Key Responsibilities:

● Full Stack development using Node.js & React Native.

● Develop and optimize for secure, high-quality code, including integrations with 3rd party software

● Work with Expo or other relevant frameworks to build cross-platform mobile applications.

● Architect and implement backend solutions using PostgreSQL, SQL, relational, and non-relational databases.

● Develop and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs.

● Implement and optimize cloud solutions on AWS and other cloud platforms.

● Collaborate with UI/UX designers and translate Figma designs into functional applications.

● Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the highest quality standards.

● Utilize DevOps best practices to streamline CI/CD, automation, and deployment processes.

● Analyze business requirements and customer feedback to develop effective solutions.

● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high performance and reliability.

● Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● 7-10 years of professional experience in software development.

● Proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.

● Experience working with PostgreSQL, SQL, relational, and non-relational databases.

● Strong knowledge of REST and GraphQL APIs.

● Hands-on experience with DevOps, AWS, and cloud-based infrastructures.

● Experience with Expo or similar tools for mobile app development.

● Ability to design and implement full-stack solutions independently.

● Familiarity with UI/UX tools like Figma.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fi eld (or equivalent experience).

● Proven experience (at least 3 to 5 years) as a Full Stack Developer or Engineer working

● Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team located in different parts of the world.

● Driven, with strong willingness to learn and adapt rapidly to evolving landscapes within STRNG, as well as changing business needs.

● Understanding of authentication and security best practices.
