What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a central role in our development lifecycle:

• End-to-End Development:

  Design, code, test, debug, and deploy features across our web and mobile applications, including the core backend architecture.

• Tech Leadership:

  Leverage the

  MERN Stack

  and

  Next.js

  to build performant, highly scalable solutions.

• Collaboration:

  Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, and other engineers, to translate requirements into high-quality solutions.

• DevOps Contribution:

  Contribute to and enhance our

  DevOps

  practices, focusing on continuous integration (CI/CD), deployment automation, and robust automated testing.

• Mentorship:

  Participate in rigorous code reviews and help

  mentor and guide junior engineers

  on best practices and technical design.

• Innovation:

  Stay current with the latest web, mobile, and industry technologies to continuously drive technical excellence.

What You'll Bring

• MERN Stack Mastery:

  Strong, proven experience with the

  MERN Stack

  (MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js).

• Next.js Proficiency:

  Expertise in

  Next.js

  for building highly scalable applications and utilizing server-side rendering (SSR).

• Collaboration:

  Demonstrated experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and communicating complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving:
