About the Role

As a Full-Stack Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in building the core mPrompto platform from backend services and data pipelines to frontend interfaces and AI-integrated workflows. You’ll work closely with AI/ML , product and design teams to deliver high-performance and scalable systems that power intelligent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Core Application & API Development
• Build and maintain scalable REST and GraphQL APIs
• Develop backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django) and Node.js (Express)
• Design and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Write robust automated tests (Pytest)
• Build data ingestion pipelines using Kinesis/SQS or similar
• Work with AWS Glue & PySpark for ETL processing
• Manage data in S3 & query analytical systems like Redshift/Snowflake/Athena
• Use Redis for caching and performance optimization
• Integrate AI workflows using LangChain or similar frameworks
• Work with vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB) for RAG systems
• Deploy and manage services on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway)
• Build Docker-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
• Configure Nginx and maintain Git-based workflows

Core skills expected

• 2+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Deep expertise in Python and Node.js/TypeScript
• Proven experience in scalable API design and backend architecture
• Strong understanding of ETL pipelines and cloud-first systems
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM-based features in real products
• Familiarity with distributed systems and performance-oriented engineering
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments & ship quickly
