We are seeking a Developer with strong frontend and backend expertise to build, maintain, and sustain custom solutions on the Monday.com platform. This role involves developing custom apps, integrations, and APIs, as well as managing platform sustainment, incident resolution, and continuous improvement. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sustain, Operations, CSM, and SRE, to deliver scalable technical solutions while ensuring stability of existing boards, automations, and integrations. Key technical responsibilities include application development using React and the Monday Apps Framework to build and maintain custom Monday.com board views and widgets. The role also involves backend development with NestJS and TypeScript to create secure, scalable APIs and RESTful services. It supports third-party integrations with platforms such as Microsoft Graph API, Adobe API, Frame.io API, and Monday.com API. Ensuring code quality through unit and integration testing (Jest), the role also oversees CI/CD deployment via Azure DevOps pipelines. Additional duties include database management using Prisma ORM with MySQL, UI/UX collaboration to enhance usability, and incident management to maintain platform stability. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with sustainment, operations, and transformation teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
