Job Description

Full-Stack Engineer — Full-Time (Hybrid, Delhi)


Comp: Competitive salary + ESOPs | Start: Immediate


About LegalBridge: We’re building the operating system for U.S. immigration law—AI-powered workflows for attorneys and global mobility teams (O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW).


Responsibilities:

  • Ship core product features (dashboards, AI drafting, document workflows, client/attorney portals).
  • Design clean APIs/services; contribute to our monorepo & shared UI.
  • Own quality: tests, performance, observability, security/PII.
  • Iterate on LLM features with guardrails and eval loops.
  • Partner with product/design; move metrics, not just tickets.
  • Light on-call/incident response; focus on root-cause fixes.


Requirements:

  • 2–3+ yrs building production web apps.
  • Strong TS/JS + React; backend in Node.js (Express/Nest) or similar.
  • Solid fundamentals: HTTP/REST, data modeling, auth, testing, debugging.
  • DBs: Postgres/MySQL/Mongo + cache/queue (Redis/SQS/etc.).
  • Product mindset and bias to ship.


Nice to Have:

  • Nx, Vite, Tailwind, design systems.
  • AWS (S3, CloudFront, Lambda, EC2, Amplify), CI/CD, cost/perf tuning.
  • PDF/e-sign/workflow engines; security/compliance.
  • LLM product experience (prompting, retrieval, evaluation).


Our Stack: React + TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres/Mongo, Redis/SQS, AWS, Tailwind, Nx/Vite, GitHub Actions, basic observability.
