Entrustech is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong backend development background and hands-on experience in AI and agentic AI applications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building robust, scalable systems and enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and Node.js.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for high-performance applications.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to implement AI-driven solutions and agentic AI capabilities into products.
• Work with cloud services (primarily Google Cloud Platform) to deploy, manage, and scale applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, product management, and QA.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve system reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js, with deep understanding of their core concepts.
• Proven experience in RESTful API development.
• Hands-on experience with AI and agentic AI systems.
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Frontend experience with React.js, Next.js, Angular, and GraphQL.
• Experience with startup culture and agile development environments.

Familiarity with

• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Firestore.
• DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
• Messaging & streaming: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub.
• Version control: Git, GitHub/GitLab.
• Testing frameworks: Jest, Mocha, PyTest.
• Security best practices in backend development.
