Full Stack Developer – Strong Backend Focus (AI Experience)

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using
Python
and
Node.js
.
Build and integrate
RESTful APIs
for high-performance applications.
Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to implement
AI-driven solutions
and
agentic AI capabilities
into products.
Work with cloud services (primarily
Google Cloud Platform
) to deploy, manage, and scale applications.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, product management, and QA.
Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve system reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

5–7 years
of professional software development experience.
Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, IT, or related field
.
Strong proficiency in
Python
and
Node.js
, with deep understanding of their
core concepts
.
Proven experience in
RESTful API development
.
Hands-on experience with
AI
and
agentic AI
systems.
Experience working with
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Frontend experience with
React.js
,
Next.js
,
Angular
, and
GraphQL
.
Experience with
startup culture
and agile development environments.
Familiarity with:
Databases:
PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Firestore.
DevOps tools:
Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
Messaging & streaming:
Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub.
Version control:
Git, GitHub/GitLab.
Testing frameworks:
Jest, Mocha, PyTest.
Security best practices
in backend development.
