Ensure accurate quantity takeoffs for prefabricated structures, including foundations, framing, and other essential components. - Contract Management: Manage the tendering process by preparing contract documents, including tenders and procurement contracts. Administer and manage contracts, including handling variations and disputes as necessary. - Collaboration with MEP Teams: Coordinate closely with MEP engineers to ensure that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are accounted for during cost estimations and project execution. Monitor MEP works in terms of quantities and ensure integration with the overall building plan. - Project Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress and adjust cost estimates as necessary based on actual site conditions or changes in design.
