Core Responsibilities

Frontend

• Build user-facing interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
• Ensure responsive design across devices and browsers.
• Optimize performance and accessibility.

Backend

• Develop server-side logic with Node.js, Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI), Java (Spring), Ruby on Rails, or PHP.
• Create and manage APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Handle authentication, authorization, and security.

Database

• Design schemas, write queries, and manage relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
• Ensure data integrity, performance, and backups.

DevOps & Infrastructure

• Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Set up CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Monitor logs, performance, and uptime.

Cross-Discipline

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Use version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
• Troubleshoot and debug across the stack.

Extras (in advanced roles)

• Architect scalable systems.
• Implement caching and load balancing.
• Apply best practices in cybersecurity.
• Guide junior developers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including technologies such as React.js
• Strong skills in Back-End Web Development
• Experience in Full-Stack Development
• Solid understanding of Software Development principles
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Experience with new age digital technologies is a plus
