What You’ll Do

As a Senior Developer on our core product + engineering team, you’ll bring technical expertise and leadership to shape our AI-native platform. You’ll work hands-on while guiding architecture and innovation alongside our founding team. Your role includes:

• Collaborating with founders on product vision and technical strategy

• Designing and building scalable backend/frontend systems using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and SQL databases

• Architecting robust, AI-native workflows with a focus on system design principles

• Implementing and optimizing DevOps practices to ensure smooth deployments and scalability

• Integrating Generative AI tools and LLMs to enhance developer-focused features

• Mentoring team members, setting best practices, and ensuring high-quality code across the stack

• Contributing directly to high-impact features in a hands-on, collaborative environment

Who You Are

You’re a skilled developer with a passion for building impactful products and a strong interest in DecaMint’s mission to revolutionize developer growth and hiring. You bring:

• 4–5 years of experience in full-stack development with expertise in the MERN stack

• Proficiency in SQL databases for designing and optimizing data models

• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, Docker, AWS/Azure/GCP)

• Strong understanding of system design and building scalable, performant architectures

• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or developer tooling (e.g., integrating AI-driven features or workflows)

• A knack for mentoring teammates and driving technical excellence

• Enthusiasm for DecaMint’s mission to make developer growth and hiring smarter in the AI age

• Bonus: Experience building AI-native products or working with developer-focused platforms
