About the Role

Full Stack Engineer

You will be involved in designing and building scalable applications, dashboards, automation workflows, integrations, and internal tools that support multiple business functions.

This role is ideal for engineers who want to work across the full stack with ownership, performance-focused engineering, and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Build scalable backend services using

  Node.js, Express.js, FastAPI, Python

• Develop, integrate, and maintain REST APIs & microservices
• Implement authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth2)
• Design database schemas for MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL
• Build automation workflows, background jobs, schedulers
• Work with Redis for caching and session management

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive UI using

  React.js / Next.js

• Strong experience in MERN Stack

  (MongoDB, Express, React, Node)
• Implement dynamic dashboards & internal tools
• Integrate frontend interfaces with backend APIs
• Ensure good UX with reusable components and clean UI architecture

DevOps, Monitoring & Deployments

• Containerize applications using Docker & Docker Compose

• Deploy applications on AWS / Azure / DigitalOcean

• Set up CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins

• Manage production deployments, build pipelines, and environment configs

• Monitor performance with:

• Grafana

  (visual dashboards)

• Prometheus

  (metric collection & alerting)

• ELK Stack

  (Elastic, Logstash, Kibana for logging)
• Configure

  Nginx

  for reverse proxy & load balancing

Integrations & Tools

• Integrate external APIs (CRM, marketing tools, SMS, email, payment APIs)
• Work on ETL tasks, automation flows, scheduled jobs
• Build internal admin panels and tools for business operations
• Implement real-time reporting & internal dashboards

Collaboration & Documentation

• Write clean, scalable, maintainable code with proper documentation
• Follow Git workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews)
• Collaborate with designers, QA, product managers, and operations teams
• Participate in sprint planning, architecture discussions, and reviews

Skills & ExperienceRequired Technical Skills

• 2–5 years of full stack development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with

  MERN Stack

• React.js, Node.js, Express.js, JavaScript/TypeScript
• MongoDB + SQL database proficiency
• Docker (Containers, Dockerfile, Compose)
• Strong experience building REST APIs
• Git, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD basics
• Nginx configuration and Linux basics

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Grafana & Prometheus for monitoring
• ELK stack for logging
• AWS: EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch
• Redis / RabbitMQ / Kafka
• Kubernetes (basic understanding)
• Experience building admin dashboards
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum
