Sales Executive (with US Accent) – On-site (Coimbatore)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media
  • Conduct professional product/service presentations and demos
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding
  • Represent the company professionally during customer interactions

Skills and Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Excellent English communication with a neutral or strong U.S. accent — mandatory

  • Proven experience handling outbound & inbound sales calls
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Confident presentation and demo capabilities
  • Customer-first mindset with problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Professional behavior, punctuality, and strong work ethics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience dealing with U.S. clients or international markets
  • Background in telesales, inside sales, or business development
  • Ability to conduct online demos or virtual presentations

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Inside Sales / Customer Engagement
