The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, back-end services, database management, and deployment automation, coupled with a passion for building high-performance, scalable, and secure applications. This role will involve working across the full software development lifecycle—from concept and design to deployment and maintenance—ensuring quality, performance, and seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and Next.js.
• Implement real-time communication features using WebSocket and MQTT protocols.
• Ensure the development of responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces while maintaining efficient back-end services.
• Database Design & Management
• Design, develop, and optimize database schemas using MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Implement efficient queries, indexing, and data modeling for performance and scalability.
• Manage database migrations, backups, and performance tuning.
• Cloud & Containerization
• Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on cloud platforms like AWS and DigitalOcean.
• Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate services with Kubernetes.
• API & Microservices Architecture
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and well-documented API endpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs with third-party systems.
• State Management & Front-End Optimization
• Implement efficient state management solutions using Redux and Context API.
• Optimize React.js applications for maximum performance and minimal load times.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in component lifecycle management and virtual DOM handling.
• Version Control & CI/CD
• Manage code using Git-based version control systems like GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, integration, and deployment.
• Testing & Quality Assurance
• Write and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
• Perform thorough code reviews, debugging, and performance profiling.
• Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring solutions.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in full-stack development.
