Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain scalable backend and frontend services for retail solutions
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver high-impact features for retail customers worldwide
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices in a cloud-native environment

Key Skills (Must-Have)

  • 4+ years of Development experience with TypeScript, ReactJSandNodeJS(NestJS RxJS)
  • 2+ years with Go(Golang), including Goroutines, Channels, and idiomatic Go practices
  • Working experience in Databases like Redis , SQLite, MongoDB
  • Solid understanding of Microservices
  • Awareness of Cloud concepts Containers, Docker, Kubernetes and Helm Charts
  • Strong focus on unit testing and code quality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Have Skills

  • Experience in JavaScript based test frameworks Cypress, Playwright etc.
  • Development experience in building Cloud Native applications
  • Familiarity with Distributed Messaging mechanism including but not limited to MQTT PUB/SUB mechanisms
  • Experience optimizing internet-scale applications
  • Understanding of Observability Pillars: Logging, Tracing, Metrics
