Job Description

Full Stack Developer


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a customized

    Recruitment ERP + ATS

    covering end-to-end recruitment stages (sourcing, ATS workflows, interview stages, medical status, visa stages, documentation, deployment, finance, reports)
  • Maintain, optimize, and enhance the ERP system regularly
  • Integrate API connections with recruitment platforms, job boards, WhatsApp, SMS, and email
  • Build dashboards, tracking systems, and automated workflows
  • Ensure high performance, security, and scalability
  • Collaborate with the operations team to automate business processes

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience

    as a Full Stack Developer
  • Proven experience developing

    ERP systems

    (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of

    ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

    concepts and modules
  • Solid but not limited to command of:

Backend: PHP / Node.js / Python

Frontend: React / Vue / Angular

Databases: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB

APIs, microservices

  • Git/GitHub version control
  • Good understanding of UI/UX and workflow automation
  • Up-to-date with modern technologies and stacks

Major Plus

  • Previous experience building

    Recruitment or HR ERP

  • Experience working with manpower recruitment processes
  • Knowledge of automation dashboards and reporting systems
