Full Stack Developer( React Js & Node Js ) 2 - 5 Years Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js, React.js, Laravel, Sql to join our technology team at our Bhopal office. The candidate will be responsible for building high-quality web applications, solving complex challenges, and driving projects from conception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using Node.js and React.js.

Design RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services and databases.

Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.

Mentor junior developers and support technical decision-making.

Ensure security, compliance, and scalability of applications.

Stay updated with new tools, frameworks, and technologies to continuously enhance development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in full-stack development using Node.js and React.js.

Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

Experience with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.

Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

Experience with RESTful API development and third-party integrations.

Ability to work in an agile environment and meet deadlines.

Good problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging skills.

Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.

Additional Terms & Conditions :

This is a work from office role based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

A 2-year bond is applicable for this position.

The selected candidate must submit either:

Original educational certificates, or

A post-dated cheque of ₹1,00,000 (one lakh) as a security deposit.

If the candidate exits the organization before completing the 2-year bond period, the cheque will be encashed and used to cover the breach of the bond agreement.
