Full Stack Developer - Python/React (IN)

We're building an AI-powered platform that's scaling rapidly. Our platform processes massive amounts of data to power intelligent automation and personalized experiences. We're scaling rapidly and need talented developers to help us grow.

The Role

We're looking for a full stack developer who's backend-heavy but can contribute across the entire stack. You'll help build and scale our AI-driven platform, working on everything from database optimization to React interfaces. This role involves collaboration with technical leadership and contribution to both our core platform and custom web applications.

Technical Stack

Backend: Python (Flask), Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions)

Frontend: React

Databases: PostgreSQL (Cloud SQL with vector tables), Firestore

AI/ML: OpenAI GPT-4.1, vector embeddings

Sites: Custom WordPress sites with React-based interfaces

Key Responsibilities

Develop backend systems (primary focus) with occasional frontend contributions

Optimize database performance for large-scale data operations

Build AI-powered features including natural language search and recommendation systems

Contribute to React-based user interfaces

Implement scalable solutions for processing millions of records

Collaborate on CI/CD processes and testing frameworks

Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development

What We're Looking For

Strong backend skills: Python, SQL optimization, database design, understanding of scale

Frontend capability: Comfortable working in React when needed

Full stack mindset: Can context-switch between backend optimization and UI work

Work Details

Hours: Full Central Time business hours (9-5 CST overlap) is nice to have. Minimum overlap of 5 hours is a MUST (9a-2p CST overlap).
