Backend – Skill Set

• Mandatory:

  Python (advanced, performance-focused development), AWS (expertise in Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, AWS SAM)
• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in Python development
• Solid knowledge and experience with the AWS stack (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc.)
• Good understanding of DynamoDB data modeling and performance tuning
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and containerization (e.g., Docker) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity in building and consuming REST APIs

Frontend – Skill Set

• Proficiency in React.js (Hooks, Context API, functional components)
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context)
• Familiarity with REST APIs
• Knowledge of frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel)
• Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience using UI libraries/frameworks like PrimeReact, MUI, etc.
• Familiarity with AWS Amplify for auth, API, storage in React applications

Client Interaction & Soft Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients
• Ability to understand client-reported issues and translate them into actionable technical tasks
• Quick turnaround in analyzing, reproducing, and resolving client issues
• Proactive in providing timely updates and ensuring transparency with clients
• Collaborative approach with internal teams to expedite client issue resolution
• Professional and composed handling of client concerns and escalations
• Flexibility to provide support during client working hours (7 PM IST – 7 AM IST)
