Description
● Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. ● Build and consume RESTful APIs endpoints. ● Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features. ● Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. ● Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality. ● Implement responsive web design principles to ensure applications work well across devices. ● Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers. ● Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose how they might be used to improve development practices. ● Maintain performance, security, and observability across your code ● Participate in code reviews, grooming, and agile ceremonies Must-Have Skills ● 3+ years of hands-on experience in fullstack development. ● Understand the feature and code with minimal input. ● Good understanding of javascript and typescript. ● Able to work on CSS/SCSS and other styling libraries. ● Good knowledge on react/nextjs with proper async programming. ● Ability to write responsiveness UI with minimal input. ● Proficiency in React.js with state management, and modern frontend workflows ● Solid backend development using Nodejs; Understanding REST APIs concepts ● Strong knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL etc; ● Understand db aspects and derive solution for performance issue. ● Familiarity with version control tools such as Git . ● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ● Good understanding of application performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring ● Startup mindset — fast, flexible, and self-driven Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Can you join Immediately or within 15 days?
