Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated React JS/ Node JS /MERN Stack Developer with at least 2 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with our small but energetic team to deliver innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js. Build and optimize front-end components using React.js (or full MERN stack). Write clean, scalable, and reusable code adhering to best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Debug and resolve technical issues and optimize performance. Implement secure APIs and integrate third-party services as required. Interview process Verification Technical Telephonic or Virtual video or in person Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js and/or the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Proficient in JavaScript, ES6+, and modern web development frameworks. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web application architecture. Familiarity with database technologies (MongoDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL). Experience with version control tools like Git. Knowledge of deployment pipelines and cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
