Role Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (L3) with strong expertise in Java backend development using Spring Boot and working knowledge of modern frontend frameworks to build scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.This role offers the opportunity to work in a mid-tier GCC environment, contributing to systems that serve a global user base. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an engineering-driven culture that values innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and implement business logic.
• Build responsive and user-friendly UI components using Angular / React (as applicable).
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, ORM frameworks, and data models.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Support application deployment and production issue resolution as needed.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 3- 6 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or Java Backend Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture.
• Working knowledge of frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Solid understanding of SQL databases, data modeling, and ORM tools (Hibernate/JPA).
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and application security concepts.
  

Nice To Have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Basic understanding of frontend build tools and package managers.
• Experience working in enterprise or GCC environments.
  

Education

• B.E. / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent technical qualification.
