Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer Intern at Strive on Technologies, you will immerse yourself in hands-on project work—supporting both frontend and backend development along with deployment activities. You will partner with experienced developers, designers, and product managers, contributing to meaningful projects while building foundational technical skills.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in developing and maintaining modern web applications across both frontend and backend.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services effectively.
• Collaborate on testing, debugging, and performance optimization tasks.
• Contribute to database operations including design suggestions, queries, and index usage.
• Participate in code reviews, team stand-ups, and sprint planning discussions.
• Stay curious—research new tools and frameworks, and suggest improvements or enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) fundamentals.
• Exposure to at least one frontend framework/library: React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Hands-on experience or coursework in backend development—e.g., Node.js/Express, Python/Django/Flask, or similar.
• Familiarity with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, and writing basic queries.
• Knowledge of Git and understanding version control workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with enthusiasm to learn.
• Good communication, ability to work in a team, and adapt in dynamic environments.

Bonus (Nice-to-Have)

• RESTful API integration or GraphQL familiarity.
• Basic usage of Docker for containerized development environments.
• Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Understanding of responsive UI design or mobile-first development.
