Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Develop and present business proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and exhibitions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (preferably in IT or technology sector).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
