About NPPD CARE

NPPD CARE is building

end-to-end IT + AI + data solutions

for hospitals, gyms, and the wellness industry — with a special focus on

tier-2 and tier-3 cities

where tech adoption is still low but the potential is massive. We’re offering our tech stack for free initially, monetizing via partners, referrals, and performance-based channels. In parallel, we’re developing a

B2C wellness intelligence platform

that brings together

12 verticals of wellness

, powered by intelligent AI/data tools that talk to each other.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a

Data Scientist

who can help us design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions for both our

B2B hospital/gym platforms

and

B2C wellness intelligence system

. You’ll be working with real-world health, wellness, and operations data to extract insights, build models, and shape AI-powered features.

Key Responsibilities

Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from diverse sources (hospital records, gym data, wearable devices, wellness tracking tools, etc.)
Build predictive and prescriptive models for health, wellness, and operational optimization
Implement data visualization dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with product and AI teams to integrate models into live systems
Develop and maintain data pipelines and scalable architecture
Research and apply latest AI/ML techniques relevant to healthcare and wellness

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, etc.)
Solid experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data pipelines
Hands-on experience in building and deploying ML models
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Plotly, etc.)
Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning concepts
Ability to work independently in an early-stage startup environment

Nice To Have

Experience in healthcare or wellness data
Knowledge of NLP for medical/wellness text processing
Familiarity with IoT data or wearable device integrations
Exposure to AI ethics and data privacy compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)
