Role Overview
We are looking for a
Full-Stack App Developer
who can take charge of
designing, building, deploying, and maintaining BizVidya’s core applications
. You will work closely with the founder and product team to
translate business needs into scalable tech products
— apps for students, faculty, and administrators, along with backend systems that integrate IoT and analytics.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in

Key Responsibilities
Product Development
- Build and maintain full-stack web & mobile applications for BizVidya (student-facing and admin-facing).
- Develop scalable backend architecture (APIs, databases, authentication, integrations).
- Build user-friendly front-end interfaces with a focus on accessibility and performance.
- Implement IoT data integration pipelines (from campus devices to dashboards).
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with educational data standards.
Deployment & Operations
- Set up cloud infrastructure and DevOps pipelines (AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, CI/CD).
- Optimize applications for scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Build automated testing frameworks to maintain code quality.
- Handle release cycles and app deployment (web + mobile).
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work with product, data science, and operations teams to align tech with business needs.
- Provide technical insights into product roadmaps and feature prioritization.
- Participate in fundraising discussions by contributing tech strategy & scalability narrative.
- Mentor junior developers/tech interns as the team scales.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in full-stack development:
- Frontend: React / React Native / Angular / Flutter
- Backend: Node.js / Django / Spring Boot
- Databases: PostgreSQL / MongoDB / MySQL
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS / GCP / Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
- Prior experience building apps from scratch (MVP → deployment → scale).
- Familiarity with IoT integrations, data analytics platforms, or education tech is a big plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in ambiguity, and a founder’s mindset.
- Willingness to work purely on equity at the ideation stage with long-term commitment.
