Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on Webflow.

  • Proven ability to design, build, and maintain responsive websites using Webflow, including CMS and animations/interactions.

  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, particularly as used within Webflow.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4) for event tracking and performance insights.

  • Experience integrating third-party tools such as CRM systems, email platforms, analytics tools, or marketing automation workflows.

  • Understanding of SEO principles, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and the ability to implement data-informed design refinements.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and product.

  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining brand consistency and design standards.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, or hybrid environment.

Nice to have:

  • Ability to create wireframes or low-fidelity prototypes to support early-stage design thinking.

  • Strong understanding of UX and UI principles, with an eye for clean, user-friendly design.

  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
