.As a Frontend React JS Developer, you will play a key role in building enterprise-level digital solutions for high-performance applications. You will design and implement user-facing features, ensuring responsive, scalable, and high-quality web experiences. Collaborating closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers, you will optimize applications for speed, maintainability, and cross-browser compatibility. This role allows you to work in a dynamic environment, stay ahead of industry trends, and contribute to continuous improvement while delivering impactful solutions for large-scale projects. Your expertise will help shape the user experience for sophisticated platforms while advancing your own professional growth.
Accountabilities
- Develop new user-facing features using React.js and modern frontend technologies
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to deliver robust and scalable applications
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, performance, and responsiveness
- Maintain and enhance existing applications, implementing new features based on evolving business requirements
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and a seamless user experience
- Write unit and integration tests to maintain high code quality standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and contribute to process improvements within the development team
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, and hand-coding frontend solutions
- Strong experience with frontend frameworks (Foundation, Bootstrap) and preprocessors (LESS, Sass)
- Solid understanding of responsive web design and cross-platform development
- Proficiency in JavaScript and related libraries, with hands-on experience in task runners (Grunt, Gulp)
- Experience with client-side performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Adobe CS package (Photoshop, Fireworks, etc.)
- Self-motivated, independent team player with strong attention to detail and methodical problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (intermediate spoken and written)
- Bonus: Personal project portfolio, experience with geographically distributed teams, e-commerce and mobile development, or backend scripting languages (Java, PHP, etc.)
