Responsibilities

• Lead frontend development of the main platform and internal tools
• Build high-quality interfaces using React.js and TypeScript
• Integrate smart contracts into the frontend for features like wallet connections, token-based actions, and real-time reward tracking
• Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to ship smooth, production-ready features
• Optimize performance and user experience across devices
• Maintain codebase hygiene and scalability with reusable components and design systems

Skills

• 2+ years of frontend experience building production apps
• Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind or similar)
• Experience working on blockchain-enabled applications — wallet integrations, reading/writing from smart contracts, handling on-chain/off-chain data
• Good understanding of web3 libraries like Ethers.js or Wagmi
• Clean design instincts with attention to UX/UI details
• Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative development environments

Bonus Points

• Experience building dashboards or analytics UIs
• Familiarity with Layer 2 chains (Polygon, Arbitrum, etc.)
• Prior startup or small-team experience
