About the role:

We are looking for a skilled React.js Developer with 1.5-3 years of experience to join our team full-time, with flexible options for remote or on-site work. You will be responsible for building responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications using React.js and related technologies, contributing to our MERN stack products.

Job-role:

• Develop high-quality, reusable, and efficient React components and front-end features
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to build seamless user experiences
• Ensure applications are responsive and perform well across different devices and browsers
• Optimize app performance and troubleshoot front-end issues
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
• Integrate APIs and manage data fetching using REST or GraphQL
• Stay updated with the latest React trends, tools, and best practices
• Participate actively in agile development processes

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• 1.5-3 years of professional experience in React.js development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with React core principles, hooks, state management libraries like Redux or Context API
• Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility best practices
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and async data handling
• Version control experience with Git
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, and front-end build tools

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization
