Role Purpose:

In an early stage fintech company like Setu, the leader of the alliance and account aggregator function plays a critical role in the success of the business. You will be responsible for driving the company's strategic partnerships and alliances, which can have a significant impact on revenue and market share. In brief, you will play a critical role in driving revenue, increasing market share, expanding the customer base, fostering innovation, and saving on costs.

This role is special since it will give you a deep look into the business objectives and technical architecture of multiple companies in leading a customer obsessed business that delights our customers and aids in their innovation. The learning potential is immense!

What will you do at Setu?

Frontend: Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Redux, modern JavaScript (ES6+) and experience with Figma for design collaboration.

Backend: Experience with Node.js is a plus.

Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.

UI Technologies: Strong foundation in HTML5, CSS3 and experience with CSS frameworks.

Front-end Frameworks: Extensive experience with JavaScript frameworks, including ReactJS and NextJs, and a solid understanding of object-oriented JavaScript.

Responsive and Mobile UI: Experience in building mobile-responsive and story-book component.

REST API Design: Skilled in RESTful API architecture, documentation and JSON manipulation.

JavaScript Best Practices: Knowledge of JavaScript patterns and techniques for creating maintainable applications.

Asynchronous Processing: Experience with asynchronous JavaScript, partial page refresh, and DOM manipulation.

Testing and Automation Tools: Experience with Jest and React test library.

Attention to UI Detail: Strong eye for detail, especially in UI/UX elements.
