Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Developer with 3+ years of experience in building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in frontend technologies, UI/UX best practices, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and optimize performance.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to accessibility standards.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations for better user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging frontend technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in core frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks/libraries: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Expertise in state management: Redux, Context API, Vuex, or similar.
• Experience with UI component libraries: Material-UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar.
• Proficiency in frontend build tools & bundlers: Webpack, Vite, Babel, or similar.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs & GraphQL and integrating them into frontend applications.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks: Jest, Cypress, Mocha, or similar.
• Experience in performance optimization & debugging tools: Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools, etc.
• Version control & collaboration tools: Git, GitHub/GitLab, Jira, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for technology.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with server-side rendering (Next.js, Nuxt.js)
• Familiarity with micro frontends and modular frontend architectures
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments
• Basic understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, Express)

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
