The Role

As a Senior Front End Engineer (Web) at Millipixels, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and technical direction of front-end solutions across our web platforms. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals, maintain coding excellence, and champion performance, security, and scalability. You will also drive innovation, guide technical standards, and help shape the future of our digital experiences by leveraging modern web technologies and industry best practices. 

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Collaboration :

  Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure software aligns with business objectives. 

• Technical Design:

  Partner with architects and Principal Engineers to define technical solutions for functional and non-functional requirements. 

• Coding Standards:

  Co-own and uphold front-end coding standards, ensuring teams follow best practices and maintain code quality. 

• Release & Delivery:

  Take shared ownership of the release process to ensure efficient and error-free deployments. 

• Stakeholder Management:

  Provide technical insights and support to product management and present technical updates to stakeholders. 

• Innovation & Research:

  Stay ahead of industry trends, exploring new technologies and recommending innovative solutions. 

• DevOps & CI/CD :

  Support continuous integration, automated testing, and deployment pipelines for reliable releases. 

• Security & Performance:

  Ensure web applications are optimized for performance and follow security best practices. 

What Makes You a Good Fit

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. 
• 10+ years of professional experience in web and mobile software development. 
• Expert-level knowledge of modern web frameworks and libraries (React, Next.js, TypeScript, etc.). 
• Proven experience designing and developing large-scale, complex software systems. 
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies. 
• Deep knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization. 
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
