As a Guest Relations professional, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a welcoming and friendly experience for all guests. You will be expected to efficiently handle the check-in and check-out processes, as well as respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with the utmost professionalism. It is crucial to record and address guest preferences and feedback effectively to enhance their overall experience. In terms of operational tasks, you will be responsible for managing reservations and room assignments. Proficiency in operating hotel management software for guest profiles, billing, and bookings is essential. Additionally, you will need to collaborate closely with the housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations. Your role will also involve acting as a liaison between guests and various departments within the establishment. Clear and timely communication with the team is vital to maintaining seamless operations. Handling phone calls and emails promptly and professionally is another key aspect of this position.
