Role Description

We are seeking a Front Office Team Leader for a full-time on-site role located in Gandhidham. The role involves leading and managing the front office team, ensuring high-quality customer service, and providing support to guests throughout their stay. Key responsibilities include supervising daily operations, handling guest inquiries and concerns, managing team schedules, promoting hotel services, and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The Front Office Team Leader will play a pivotal role in enhancing guest satisfaction and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively resolve guest inquiries and enhance their overall experience
• Proven Team Management skills, including the ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff
• Sales experience to promote hotel services and contribute to revenue generation
• Project Management skills for coordinating front office operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in hotel management software or other relevant systems is a plus
• Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Relevant education in hospitality management or related field is advantageous
