Front Office Supervisor

The Front Office Supervisor oversees the operations of the front desk, ensures exceptional guest service, and manages the front office team to deliver a memorable stay experience for all guests.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Ensure efficient handling of reservations, room assignments, and payments.
• Manage and train front office staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor front desk supplies and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Uphold high standards of customer service to exceed guest expectations.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
• Implement and maintain front office policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management
• Min 1-2 years of proven experience in front office or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask efficiently.
• A customer-focused attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Accounting.
