Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor located in Hyderabad. The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the front office team, ensuring smooth operations, handling receptionist duties, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. The supervisor will also ensure that all communication with guests and team members is professional and effective.

• Proficiency in using front office software and reservation systems
