Front Office Supervisor

You will be joining Wayanad Silverwoods Resorts as a Front Office Supervisor, a full-time position based in Wayanad, Kerala. Your primary responsibility will involve supervising front desk operations, overseeing receptionist duties, providing exceptional guest service, managing reservations, and ensuring effective communication within the front office team. To excel in this role, you should possess supervisory skills, be well-versed in receptionist duties, exhibit strong guest service and communication skills, have experience in reservations management, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities. The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential. While not mandatory, having 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry would be an advantage. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a Bachelor's degree being preferred.
