Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP Technician, located in Padinharethara. The MEP Technician will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including equipment maintenance, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and executing maintenance and repair tasks. The role requires a hands-on approach to ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are operating efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance skills
Preventive Maintenance experience
Strong Troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasks
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Implement and supervise the hotel's preventive maintenance program to minimize breakdown and maintain optimal system performances.
strong understanding of MEP systems and their components.
Experience of minimum 2 years in a resort or hospitality
Relevant technical certification or diploma
