Job Description

Responsible for managing the Resort's IT infrastructure including systems, networks, software and hardwares.
Manage and maintain Resort management systems including PMS, POS, and other hotel software.
knowledge about EPABX and cable TV wifi system.
implement technology solutions to enhance guest experience such as mobile check in, digital signage and high speed internet access.
trouble shoot technical issues and provide support to hotel staffs and guest.
ensure network security and data protection including compliance with industry standard and regulation
