Job Description

Front Office & Business Support Executive

The Front Office & Business Support Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers and will also support sales and accounts team by following up on pending payments from clients. The role requires strong communication, customer service skills, and basic knowledge of payment tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, manage incoming calls and emails, and ensure the reception area is neat and presentable.
  • Maintain visitor logs, courier records, and ensure sure all communication reaches the right departments on time.
  • Follow up with clients for pending payments and keep payment tracking updated in Excel/CRM.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team to verify outstanding dues and share reminders, receipts, and statements with clients.
  • Handle daily office administration, including filing, documentation, stationery stock monitoring, and vendor coordination.
  • Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure the office remains clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Graduate with minimum 60% marks (B.Com preferred).
    • Good verbal and written communication Skills. • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and email drafting; CRM knowledge is preferred. • Strong follow-up, coordination, and customer service orientation. • Effective time management and skills. • Organized and accountable, with accurate record-keeping. • Professional and presentable multitasking. • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Experience

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in reception, administration, or accounts/payment follow-up roles.
    • Experience in handling coordination, follow-ups, and basic documentation. • Exposure to front office management preferred.

Location

The Front Office & Business Support Executive position is based in Navi Mumbai.
