Job Title: Front Office Manager

Location: Kairali – The Ayurvedic Healing Village, Palakkad, Kerala

Department: Front Office

Experience Required: 4–5 years as Front Office Manager in a reputed wellness or Ayurvedic resort

Gender Preference: Male

Languages Required: Excellent command over English and Malayalam

Salary Range: ₹32,000 – ₹35,000 (Accommodation will be provided)

Job Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Front Office Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all front office operations to ensure exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in handling wellness resort clientele, managing reservations, coordinating guest check-ins/outs, and maintaining high service standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the front office team to deliver excellent guest experiences
  • Handle guest arrivals, departures, complaints, and requests with utmost professionalism
  • Manage room allocations, check-in/check-out procedures, and billing
  • Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Ayurveda, F&B) for seamless service delivery
  • Maintain records of guest feedback, reports, and front office operations
  • Train and monitor front office staff performance and grooming standards
  • Ensure smooth handling of international and domestic guests
  • Prepare duty rosters and ensure 24/7 front office coverage
  • Work closely with management on guest satisfaction metrics and improvement areas

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Front Office Manager in a wellness resort or Ayurvedic retreat
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English as well as fluency in Malayalam
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Sound knowledge of front office software systems and online booking platforms
  • Ability to handle high-pressure guest situations with maturity and calm
  • Should be willing to stay on-site (accommodation will be provided)
