Job Description

As a Front Office Manager at Grand Royal Vistara, your role will be vital in creating a positive first impression and providing excellent customer service to clients, students, and visitors. You will oversee daily front office operations, coordinate with different departments, assist in student admissions, and ensure the smooth running of the branch. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting and assisting students, parents, and visitors professionally - Handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently - Managing the front office and reception area to ensure it is clean and organized - Assisting students with admission processes, available courses, and universities - Coordinating appointments, meetings, and schedules for counselors and students - Maintaining records of student inquiries, admissions, and documentation - Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and resources - Assisting with marketing efforts to attract students - Implementing office procedures to improve the client experience - Managing the office calendar, appointments, and meetings - Supporting the team in organizing events for students Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field - Previous experience in front office management, customer service, or administrative roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software - Team management skills and ability to work collaboratively - Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor While experience in the education sector is a plus, it is not required.
