About The Opportunity

A rapidly expanding provider in the Indian Hospital & Clinical Healthcare sector, we deliver patient-centric inpatient and outpatient services across multi-specialty facilities. As we scale our footprint, we seek a proactive Front Office Incharge to elevate reception excellence, streamline patient intake, and be the welcoming face of our hospital campus.Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead front desk operations, supervising receptionists and ensuring courteous, efficient patient check-in and discharge.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling, admission paperwork and real-time bed availability with medical and nursing teams.
  • Resolve patient queries, complaints and escalations promptly to maintain top-tier service standards and CSAT scores.
  • Monitor and reconcile daily billing, cash, POS and insurance documentation in compliance with hospital finance policies.
  • Maintain accurate electronic health record (EHR) entries and generate daily MIS reports for management review.
  • Implement SOPs for infection control, visitor management and emergency protocols at the reception zone.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Commerce or related field.
  • 3+ years front office experience in a hospital, clinic or diagnostic centre.
  • Hands-on with HIS/EHR and front desk software such as Medixcel, Practo or similar.
  • Excellent English and regional language communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage rosters, multitask and stay calm under high patient footfall.

Preferred

  • Certification in NABH standards or Medical Billing.
  • Exposure to insurance TPAs and cashless claim processing.
  • Experience in training or mentoring junior reception staff.
